		<description>Couldn't agree more with this practice.  At Hibbs Homes, LLC we've been using mastic on HVAV connections for more than 2 years now, and it makes a huge difference in efficiency.  We use the water based product and apply two thick coats with a brush.  Anyone can do it.  Many times, my clients do it themselves before drywall.</description>
